Labor Relations Staff


Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the end-to-end processing of administrative cases.
  • Supports in the implementation of Company Rules and Regulations (CRR), other policies and memoranda.
  • Assists during regular meeting with Sectors.
  • Generates attendance and prepares reports of tardiness and habitual absenteeism.


Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS HRDM or BS Psychology or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year work experience
  • MS Office Proficient.
